The Architects’ Association has set up a new and completely updated Job Bank to match the increasingly multifaceted and versatile profiles of present-day architects.

The new application aims to offer Association members a better support tool for finding jobs. In this respect, the new application lets you create a much fuller professional CV than before, with more comprehensive details of specialist areas, experiences and projects that you wish to highlight, including images of completed projects.

New features for companies
The new tool also offers improved features for companies, which can now deal with candidates much more easily and intuitively, follow up the recruitment process more closely, take advantage of a wider pool of candidates for different specialities, and make specific searches by fields.

The platform has been designed to provide a faster, more convenient, intuitive and dynamic tool that hugely facilitates contacts with organizations, companies and individuals looking for architects.

The Job Bank in figures
Last year, the Job Bank posted more than 1,100 job offers from around 1,000 contractors, a figure that will increase significantly with the inclusion of new channels such as Infojobs and the Catalan Employment Service (SOC).

According to information from the professional survey, 52% of Association members see the Job Bank as an essential service. This is borne out by the fact that almost half the new members in 2017 signed up to the service.
